产品介绍及特点
1、大容量包装，使用水（密度为1）为介质，每个可以灌装一吨重量（以1000升为例）；
2、内容器采用HDPE吹塑成型，抗紫外线、防老化、 易清洗、无毒性，强度高，耐腐蚀，卫生性好，使用寿命长，安全可靠；
3、外框架采用热镀锌钢管焊接成型（全部采用本钢 51D+Z 和53D+Z型号的钢材），底部托盘通过防滑螺钉（8.8级）固定，坚固、耐用、耐腐蚀。底部托盘用优质钢板铸造而成，为四向进叉型。
4、框架外面的产品标记板，可以标注企业名称、产品及其它需要标注的批示，让客户充分了解您公司的信息。内胆上铸有容积的刻度，用户可以利用容器的透明特性，清楚地看见容器内的液全高度。
5、节省空间，将空间利用率提高25%以上（200升塑料桶相比），并可叠层堆放，最高可以堆放四层，大大降低了储运成本；
6、容器自带排液阀，排液方面可靠。可以利用液体的自重自然排液，特殊的几何设计使得排液更加彻底、迅速、安全；
7、外形尺寸符合ISO容器设计标准，与国际接轨，特别适用海运集装箱运输，20英尺的集装箱可以装运1000升容器18只，40英尺的集装箱可以装运1000升容器36只，大大减低了运输成本。
8、包装范围广。广泛用于Ⅱ和Ⅲ类等各类化学危险品液体的包装，灌装的液体密度最大可达1.9;；
9、采用组合式的结构设计，构件更换方便，延长使用寿命，降低使用成本；
产品使用说明
灌装FILLING
◆打开顶盖，插入外径小于142mm的管子实施灌装。
Remove top lid,put in a pipe which outer diameter is less than 142mm to fill.
◆本容器公称容积为1000升，灌装温度小于60℃。
Nominal volume of the container is 1000 liters and filling temperature is less than 60℃.
◆运输前拧紧所有密封件，盖好阀门挡板。
Tight all closures and put the valve cover door on position before shipment.
排液DISCHARGE
◆本容器采用自重式排料设计。排液时，首先打开顶部灌装口盖；
The container is designed to discharge liquid by gravity。When discharging liquid ,remove top lid first.
◆旋下排液阀的盖子。如使用弯管，请将其套在阀门放料口的外螺纹上，并用手拧紧；
Remove sealing cap from the discharge valve。When using discharge tube, please screw it onto the outlet of valve, and tighten it.
◆卸下排液阀手柄下侧的塑料销子，并轻轻拉开锁扣, 将阀门手柄朝顺时针方向扳动以开始排料；
Tack out the dowel in lower part of handle of the valve, and undraw the agraffe gently. Rotate handle of the valve clockwise to open valve to begin discharging.
◆排液完毕后，逆时针方向旋转以关闭阀门，使锁扣复位；
After discharging, please rotate handle of the valve counterclockwise to close the valve and restore the agraff.
◆旋上放料口封盖和灌装口盖。
Install the valve cover and the top lid.
化学相容性的确认Affirm the chemical compatibility
◆使用时应注意所灌装的液体与本容器原材料高密度聚乙烯的化学相容性，如对相容性有疑问，欢迎垂询；对于自行灌装未经我方确认的内装液所造成的相容性问题我方不承担责任。
Users should notice the chemical compatibility of the liquid going to be filled and the raw material of IBC – high density polyethylene. Any question about chemical resistance, please contact with us. If any filling goods not affirmed by us are filled, we do not respond about any problem caused by chemical resistance.
储存Storing
◆集装容器应存放在清洁、远离热源的地方，避免暴晒。
The container should store at a clean place far away heat source , avoiding violent sun.
◆容器的储存保质期为自生产之日起二年。
The storage life of container is 2 year since the production date.
运输及装载Transporting and Loading
◆使用本容器包装危险货物长途运输时，务必执行《国际海运危险货物规则》补充本中《货物运
输组件（CTUs）的装载指南》的各项规定。
When transporting dangerous goods packed in IBC, user should carry out various regulations of 《Loadguides of Cargo Transportation Units(CTUs)》 in the supplementary book of《International for rules for dangerous goods exported by sea》.
使用须知NOTICE TO USERS
◆本容器的提升方式为底部提升，不允许使用顶部提升方式。
Only lifting IBC from the bottom is permitted. Lifting from the top is forbidden.
◆严禁阀门受到外力冲击和碰撞。
The valve of IBC must be strictly protect from hit or collide.
◆IBC再次使用时，应进行认真检查确保各部件功能正常。
Before use it again , check the IBC carefully to make sure that all the parts of the IBC are on duty..

	注意！ 打开阀门前用工具顶出放料阀门手柄下侧的 塑料销子! 关闭阀门后要使锁扣复位！
	Attention! Push the plastic dowel in lower part of handle of the valve out with a tool before opening valve! Restore the agraffe after closing valve!
	注意! 在排放内装物之前，请打开或松开顶盖！
	Attention! Remove or loose top cap at least before discharging contents!
